Father Tom Garrison
Rev. Tom brings life experiences as a husband of over 40 years, a father of three married sons, a grandfather, and more than four decades as a communicator. The former communications director for the City of Eagan entered the ministry later in life and is now the fourth generation in his family to be a pastor and preacher. His passion is helping others to discover their ministries, and preaching a today-relevant Gospel that moves us beyond "small hopes and half-hearted witness." Tom enjoys Sudoko puzzles, Gopher sports, and William Kent Krueger novels.
Rev. Tom and his wife, Mary, have been members of Saints Martha and Mary since 1991.
The Rev. Jennifer Walding
Rev. Jennifer's passion for ministry is in preaching and breaking open the word, liturgy and music that praises God and renews and sends our members to do God's work, mentoring teens on their faith journey and walking with our members as they discover and carry out their ministries. She loves a good joke or any other reason to have to have a good, long laugh with friends and family. Rev. Jennifer has been a member since 1991 raising her son at Ss Martha and Mary. In addition to her one son, she has two adorable granddaughters.
The Rev. Molly Weiss
Rev. Molly is the newest member of the Saints Martha & Mary ministry team. Newly ordained as a priest in 2020, Rev. Molly is a bi-vocational priest, and will be continuing her 20-year career as an HR leader for a major corporation. Her passion in ministry is equipping others to live their faith in everyday life.
She enjoys gardening (and in winter, planning the garden), baking with her daughters, biking, and family and friends. I’m overjoyed that the movement off the Holy Spirit brought the need at Saints Martha and Mary together with my hope for a place to serve and a community to join. I look forward to getting to know everyone and see how our collective gifts combine to serve God’s people.”
Rev. Molly aims for her sermons to be practical and “rooted in lived experience.” She is also unafraid of the evolving Church and enjoys “helping equip people to be the people God calls them to be every day.”
